In BTL Property Developer you play the role of a property speculator/entrapaneur starting in 1995 with the aim of developing the biggest empire ever. The game measures success through a well balanced game scoring system that evaluates the value of your portfolio, the size of your personal wealth and time in business. The idea is to buy as many houses as possible, rent them out, do them up or just straight flip them and accumulate as much money as you can. Because property only ever goes up its only a matter of time before you become richer than the whole universe, do the math.

This game is under development and currently lacks all the interesting and exciting features that it will have. However, it does currently have complete indexing with the Nationwide Average House Price index stats so property prices do go up exactly as described by the Nationwide index. The data is good for 1995 to date, lol, and beyond, double lol. However, im not currently happy with the rent yeilds and mortgage repayments and the maths for deciding a mortgage, seems a bit to easy. However, the game does not factor in variable rents, voids? (where there is no tennent) and repairs and such, plus the scoring system is not in use yet really. Its very early days, but you can just about play it. Might be fun.

The most important thing is going to be the high score system as the whole idea is to be richer than anyone else. Also to be developed is the luxury items thing so that you can buy cars and house and holidays for yourself to boost your score. MEW and liar loads will all be in there, eventually i guess. lol.

To Do A Turn You Have To Login & Press The GO Button At The Yop Of The Screen, each turn is one week and starts at 1995. It helps if you get a nortgage, buy a property and rent it out. If you can do that then your playing, if not than your not playing.
